Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times:
United States: 7–10 business days
International: 7–14 business days (may vary by destination)
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. HIER is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your HIER purchase.
Returns are accepted within 72 hours of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To begin a return, please contact us before sending your item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We do not offer exchanges.
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. For this reason, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
